Artist's Description
After leaving Jackson Hole in a low fog, I came to this spot where the clouds had cleared, leaving just this low cloud following the Snake River beneath. Picture was scanned from my original shot taken in 1988 and touched up on photo shop. The camera was an early SLR using a warming filter and developed on film.
About Richard Risely
Redlands, California, high school class of 1950. Enlisted in U. S. Navy during Korean War. Married my sweetheart - took night school college - four really great children came along - Career in electronics as a circuit design and product engineer, leading into starting a business making electronic signal control systems for railroads. Photography was always a favorite hobby. After retirement, good years including lots of travel and living in Colorado, California, and Oregon. Now I am focusing on being more professional in photographing some of the beautiful and interesting things I keep seeing in this world.
