Multnomah Falls at full stream before the trees have grown their spring leaves. This is a spectacular road stop along Interstate Highway 84, about 40 miles from Portland following the wide Columbia River. The serene setting doesn't include the visitors who pack the area during the warmer months.
About Richard Risely
Redlands, California, high school class of 1950. Enlisted in U. S. Navy during Korean War. Married my sweetheart - took night school college - four really great children came along - Career in electronics as a circuit design and product engineer, leading into starting a business making electronic signal control systems for railroads. Photography was always a favorite hobby. After retirement, good years including lots of travel and living in Colorado, California, and Oregon. Now I am focusing on being more professional in photographing some of the beautiful and interesting things I keep seeing in this world.
