Early morning in Garden of the Gods State Park as the sun begins to light up Pike's Peak and the foothill mountains. A recent winter snowfall still clings to the mountain tops to complement the beauty of the colored rocks below.
About Richard Risely
Redlands, California, high school class of 1950. Enlisted in U. S. Navy during Korean War. Married my sweetheart - took night school college - four really great children came along - Career in electronics as a circuit design and product engineer, leading into starting a business making electronic signal control systems for railroads. Photography was always a favorite hobby. After retirement, good years including lots of travel and living in Colorado, California, and Oregon. Now I am focusing on being more professional in photographing some of the beautiful and interesting things I keep seeing in this world.
